FAQ
What Taxes can I expect?
Due to Nebraska laws there are taxes for any stays less than a month. All stays over 28 days will not have lodging taxes.
Is there a garage to park in?
There are private garages available to rent, this is based on request. There is complimentary private parking available on both properties.
Can I do contactless check-in and out?
Both properties offer self check-in. The day before arrival, instructions for check-in will be sent.
Are pets allowed?
There are limited apartments available for pets. For the pet-friendly aprtments, there will be a pet fee charged.
